We bill on the 1st of each month & ship your box by the 15th. If you sign up after the 20th, your initial box will arrive the following month so we send the best books for your little one. Shipping time takes roughly 5 days, but depends on the carrier.
Example 1: Signup Before Cutoff
- Signup Date: June 10
- Initial Charge: June 10
- Next Billing Date: July 1
- Why: You signed up before the 10-day cutoff (before June 20), so your next charge occurs on the very next billing cycle.
- Box Shipments: First box ships 1-2 days after signup. Second box ships by 15 July
Example 2: Signup After Cutoff
- Signup Date: June 25
- Initial Charge: June 25
- Next Billing Date: August 1 (skips July 1)
- Why: You signed up within the 10-day cutoff before July 1, so we skip that upcoming charge to avoid double billing.
- Box Shipments: First box ships by 2 August. Second box ships 10–15 days after August 1
